Our recruitment team have a combination of ADHD, Dyscalculia and Dyspraxia amongst them so they know firsthand how much different these government awards can make when you find the right support staff to help you.
We will work with you, at your pace, to understand your own particular issues, your strengths and where your requirements lie. Once we have a really good grasp of your particular situation, we will handle the whole recruitment process for you. From wording adverts, to placing your job details on national and local platforms; we then hand select the very best CVs, first interview the candidates and present you with as many perfect people as you yourself have chosen to see.
You can be as involved in the recruitment process as you wish to be. Some people like to leave absolutely everything to us and we are more than happy to handle the whole thing from start to finish for you. But if there are any elements you want to be involved with – that is entirely your choice.
